Fee Schedule
Fee Schedule current as at the 1st of July 2025. The following fees apply to your terms and conditions with us, unless otherwise stated:
Futile Service
In the event that we are unable to service your bin, through no fault of Signal Waste, a futile charge will be applied.
We can provide you with a calendar of service at any time to ensure your bin is accessible for service day.
Excess Weight
In the event that your bin exceeds the allowable weight limit included in your service cost, additional weight charges will apply.
On Call Service
If you require a service outside of your usual schedule, a surcharge will apply.
Other Charges
Late Payment Fee
When an invoice remains unpaid beyond the due date, a late payment fee of $35.00 plus GST may be applied.
Weekend and Public Holiday Services
If your scheduled service day falls on a public holiday, as long as we have access to your site, we will service as usual.
Break Fee and Service Cancellation Fees
In the event you cancel your service with us and a Service Agreement is in place, unless otherwise stated, the following will apply:
No hidden fees such as environmental charges, admin fees or credit card surcharges will apply.
Fuel Surcharge
The fuel surcharge may increase, decrease, or be waived entirely depending on movements in the price of fuel. Each month we will monitor the fuel price in accordance with the National Average Diesel price (c/litre including GST) located on the Australian Institute of Petroleum website (found here).
The fuel surcharge will be calculated using the Adelaide average TGP Diesel Price (included in the table as the ‘fuel price’) for the invoiced month. For example, May’s fuel surcharge will be the average cost of fuel for May.
