Terms and Conditions
 

Signal Waste and Recycling 5 Star Customer Service Guarantee terms and conditions.
 

1. The Signal Waste and Recycling 5 Star Customer Service Guarantee must be read subject to these Terms.
2. This Guarantee is between Signal Services PTY LTD, trading as Signal Waste and Recycling and the client.
3. To be eligible for this Guarantee, you must be an existing client of Signal Waste and Recycling and have a current up to date service agreement.  All accounts must be up to date and client must not be on any suspended service.
4. The Guarantee is for scheduled services only and is not for on call, ad hock, one off deliveries or emergency call outs.
5. The 5 Star Customer Service Guarantee is designed to be used when it is Signal Waste and Recycling’s fault for not providing the scheduled service.  It cannot be used when it is deemed out of Signal Waste and Recycling’s control.
6. The 5 Star Customer Service Guarantee is subject to client complying with all conditions of the service agreement.
7. If all terms and conditions are met, then Signal Waste and Recycling will provide the same service that was not done on the next possible day that Signal can service the job for the client.  Signal Waste and Recycling will provide the service free of charge or if the price of service exceeds $297.00 including GST then a credit of $297.00 will be given.
8. The 5 Star Customer Service Guarantee does not apply where:
   • The client is not under a current service agreement.
   • Clients account is not up to date.
   • The client is on a suspended service.
   • The service is not scheduled.
   • It is for an on call, extra additional call in, ad hock, one off delivery or emergency call out.
   • Access to the bin or job is blocked or denied.
   • The service is to be conducted on a public holiday.
   • The service is deemed unsafe to do and is an OHS&E issue.
9. The 5 Star Customer Service Guarantee may be terminated or amended at anytime without notice.
